Refund & Return Policy

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

• Process:

  1. Contact us with your order details and product images.

  2. Return the product in original packaging.

  3. After inspection, a refund will be issued.

• Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.

• Return Shipping: If the mistake is ours, we bear the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
